Gilbert Police will file charges against the four people involved in the brawl on a Gilbert school bus. After completing their investigation, Gilbert police have charged the driver, Kim Sullivan, with aggravated assault and disorderly conduct. They have also filed charges against a 15 year-old student for aggravated assault and disorderly conduct. A 14 year-old student and a 16 year-old student have been charged with disorderly conduct.

The bus driver can't just let students off the bus....I'm pretty sure that is illegal, but I damn sure wouldn't have tried to stop her physically

 

It's her job to take them home. She'd probably be liable, if something happened to them, if she just randomly let them off where ever the hell they wanted.

like a few people kinda said above, she is looking out for there safety for not letting them off the bus. i do believe they are held liable

 

so your saying the bus driver acted totally normal? yeah, she might be held liable but its a hell of a lot better then beating a kid on video.

 

^thats what i agree on. The bus driver should keep the kid on the bus, but physically restraining her from leaving is completely out of line.
