Actually pretty smart little girl she knew the camera was there, pointed it out so the lady knew she was being taped, kept saying stop touching me, and she watched her mouth for the most part.

So, is this how high school is now of days?
When I was in school, you had to have permission from your parents and the principal had to authorize a form stating you could get off on another bus stop. Sometimes, we had subsitutes and they didn't know obviously which stop you got off, so they wouldn't care.
You're supposed to respect you bus driver. She's driving the fucking bus while they're bitch is back there talking to her friends and flirting with boys.
She stands up, acts tough. Disrespects the bus driver and then threatens to SUE, YES SUE her.
She also claimed she had a phone that was worth 400$ which, I am sure her parents paid for.

Girl is at fault 100%
Bus driver did the right thing.
Girl even tried to get big with the bus driver and failed, miserably.
Girl even was CRYING, YES CRYING at the end of the video.
I thought she was tough?
OH and for the bus drivers daughter. Way to fuckin' go, except she should of landed a couple dome shots instead of getting a fistful of hair.

it doesnt matter someone over 18 cant hit someone under 18. If a kid in a classroom just gets up and says im leaving! is the teacher supposed to physically coherse them to stay in the class because the kid is their responsibility? NO!

 

Classroom is a lot different then letting a kid off at the wrong stop.
Think of it this way. You're a senior in highschool, you don't want to eat that sorry ass cafeteria food. You want to head to the local McDonalds. You leave, get into an accident. It's the SCHOOL's fault.
They have legal "guardianship" over you while you're at school.
Same with the bus driver. She IS responsbile for YOU. YOU get off at a stop that's not yours. You get hurt, it's the SCHOOL'S fault.
You think the driver wants to risk that? Over some idiot high school POS girl who is worried about being delayed 20minutes on a FRIDAY?

Here, lets try a real world excerise.

Go into a courthouse or an airport. When they stop you to search you with the metal dector take off running into the building see what happens.
See if they care if you're under 18 or not

 

talk about something totally different lol police officers have the legal right to physically constrain someone that is under 18, bus drivers don't. plain and simple. Im a senior in criminology this is all we talk about in class.
