I do my research to buddy...and if you dont understand what this means, its saying, if you dont have written consent, your Trespassing and a cop has every right to pull you or break you up until you prove him wrong. On top of that, if your doing something stupid like racing or burning out in front of him, he can also charge you with that since you are already breaking the law by trespassing. Moral of the story, if your racing in an industrial area, you are just as at risk as being on US Hwy 19

I think this is what i posted genious and Parking Lots are Null and Void of these laws They have NO JURISDICTION it also falls under local Law What I pulled up was FLORIDA STATE STATUTE Which Overrides Local Law ! PD and Sherrifs have NOOOOOOOOOO Jurisdiction whatsoever ! Complexes are even less under their jurisdiction UNLESS the owner or Owners have them Police the area ! they have NO law whatsoever unless it endangers others But even then alls they can do is restrain and remove ! Serve warrents and so forth NO MOTOR VEHICLE Jurisdiction !

One thing most citizens don't realize is that Private Communities with Private Roads are at a disadvantage
when it comes to law enforcement services from the local Police/Sheriff. These local Police or Sheriff
has NO 'Jurisdiction' on Private Property and Private Roads. (Other than serving Warrants, Orders
for Arrest, or other Civil Papers they can not perform any other enforcement duties on Private
Property or Private Roads.)
Therefore, the ability of the local Police/Sheriff to provide law enforcement
is limited when on Private Property. However, Special Police Officers derives their 'Police Power' from the
contract between and individual entity (person(s) or business) as provided under Florida General
Statutes, Chapter 74E, and have full Law Enforcement capabilities on Private Property and Private Roads
to enforce all City and County ordnances, limited Motor Vehicle Laws, State and Federal Laws
Article (2)
Citizens may convene public meetings , forums and demonstrations freely . They are not to be infringed or restricted except by constraints stipulated by this law .
Article (3)
Public meetings may be convened by addressing a notice , in writing , to the governor or police director prior 48 hours of the meeting date , at least .
Article (4)
A notice in writing shall be submitted ; signed at least by three of the meeting organizers indicting , place , time and purpose of meeting .
When a notice , in writing , submitted by a corporate body , it shall be sufficient to sign by its representative .
Without violating the right to meet , the governor or the police director may have constraints on the period and course of action of meeting as stated in article (3) for the purpose of traffic movement . Meeting organizers shall be informed of such constraints , in writing , 24 hours , at most , of the notice delivery .
As long as the organizing agency does not receive any reply in writing - as stated above - they may convene the public meeting at the time specified in their notice .
Article (5)
Competent authorities , and upon request of the organizing agency , may take necessary actions of security provided that such actions do not infringe liberty and course of action of meeting .
(3) Owner's Consent. Proof of ownership of all property upon which the assembly is to
be held or a statement made upon oath or affirmation by the record owner(s) of all such
property that the applicant has permission to use such property for an assembly of five
thousand (5,000) or more persons.

(5) Term. The total number of days and/or hours during which the assembly is to last.
(6) Size of Assembly. The maximum number of persons which the applicant shall

glad to know where you guys hang out. im going to call in a disturbance call and have you morons dealt with.
and to the fucktards that say "the cops should be out stopping murderers and drunks." well they are. do you think they only have 5 officers patrolling the streets of tampa on a saturday night. no. and guess what. a few years ago they started a special task force to stop street racing. that means there are extra officers out on the streets so you asshats arent wasting tax payer money by wasting officers time. and not all street racing is done on private property. like gandy, 4st, 9st, 28thst, HF, 301, etc...
and to the people that dont think street racing hurts anyone. tell that to james hafley, tell that to the kid that died 3 months ago at 78th st, tell that to the girl that got ran over in pinellas park a few years ago, tell that to the kid that killed his own mother in a head on collision when he raced a friend in melbourne a year ago, tell that to the kid that hit the curb and destroyed his car at 78th st. seriously. you guys think you are invincible, but you dont realize that shit happens, be it on purpose or on accident.
keep it off the streets. it isnt worth it. instead of wasting the money at time to drive around the bay area from 10pm to 6am just go to the track. drive there and back in less than 2 hours, spend $5 to watch cause you all know that only a few people race while 100 people dont. and $20 to race knowing that you have on site paramedics and a police officer there to protect you. its worth every god damn penny and effert to not street race and go to the track.
i know i used to go out on the sat nights to tampa east, i used to go out on wed nights to the condom factory, i used to got out on the sunday afternoon race sessions, i used to go out on monday nights. i almost raced every day. now i see how stupid, worthless, and pointless it all is. if you want to get somewhere in racing take it to the track and stop acting like you are in the movie.
