I like my toyota 4runner for three main reasons

1)4wd-a truck must have four wheel drive
2)Stero-not enough room in other trcuks for a big ass stero system that will let be loudest in the state(which i am right now)
3)Room-6'1" and need a big enough truck to carry around me, my shit, my friends, and sometimes my girl.

Cause I'm a redneck at heart... also needed something that could haul my cavediving gear. Since I specifically bought a beater, I ripped out the back seat and slopped some good ol' bedliner down and it's been the best thing I have ever bought. Paid $1500 when I bought it, put about $500 into it so far and put 50K miles on it... I'd say I got my money's worth...

JEEP

Just Empty Every Pocket

But I love it and wouldn't trade it for any other SWB 4WD. Although after this is done, I'd like maybe to add a Blazer or Fullsize Bronco for some 4wd fun to my driveway, you know to keep my Jeep company.

I own a 1981 Chevy Custom delux 10. I bought it because I wanted something big (Tall) and fast. Right now it sits about 5 inches off its stock height. I love it and plan on fully restoring it, Well half way restoring it, I plan to customize a little-bit. It is only 2/4 but it is a very fun truck to go off-roading in. I live to risk and risk to live. I have another truck that I dont really drive but I like to have around, it is a 1980 Chevy custom delux 10. But with this one The name Custom fits the truck. Its lowered and has a corvette 350ci and a turbo 350 tranny. it was made to be a pro street truck but the person who had it before me let it sit too long and it ended up rusting beyond repair (unfortunately).

I have a Jeep and a 626...I drive the Jeep to work most of the time so I don't put the miles on my car. The Jeep was my moms before she got her Mustang. I drive 75 miles to and from work every day, so 750 miles a week to work alone is a lot on my car....this way it kind of splits things up.

Before I bought my Tacoma, I had a Z-71. It was great, except it was a rattle trap and started having all kinds of problems at 100,000 miles. I got the Taco because 1.) it's reliable and won't leave me stranded in the middle of the god damn desert, 2.) it gets decent gas mileage - around 19mpg around town 3.) it wasn't too expensive compared to big ford / chevs, 4.) it will last forever, so I don't need to worry about finding a new car at 100k miles if I don't want to.
