Default Lexus SC300 Front End Service.

Owner: Jason

Customer needed ball joints & had a leaky steering rack that needed to be replaced.



New rack & Supra arms:







Old leaking rack:











Bushing degradation (steering rack)





New bushings:



New bushings install on new rack:





Rack removed:



After a bit of cleaning:







LCA bushing degradation:





New arms....What there suppose to look like!





All done everything Installed...

very nice. i still can't believe you can't just swap ball joints without swapping the whole control arm.

yea very nice stuff... and i agree 95blazer..i had my ball joint in my sc break and had to replace the entire piece..and lca's range from 300-700 (300 being the supra lca which is the same with stiffer bushings)

yes, it also has solid castings as opposed to the hollow one of the sc.

Update:

We noticed the internal filter in the reservoir on the existing pump was damaged and could no longer perform it's job.

So we ordered and installed a new pump..
