4age cam gears???

just took off my valve cover and there is only 1 cam gear. so i am assuming that it is belt driven? and also assuming that those 4age cam gears would do nothing

right, since there is one cam gear... the other cam is geared off of the one that has the belt driving it. only thing a cam gear would do is advance/retard both cams in sequence. so no point really.
