oh and as far as the 4 banger it's not underpowered really... I wish it had more gears but... I guess the overdrive helps.. it cuts out at 105 or so though... found that out real quick... and top end sucks ass... I usually get 17-22 mpg...

i have a prerunner tacoma. i am 6'6 250 and i fit just fine. i even have a wall off speakers along the back cab

 

btw, the new tacoma 4 cly. have a higher compression then the old ones. it made a VERY BIG difference.

 

new as in what year?

 

the higher comp.; ones are either 2000 and up or 2001 and up.

i have a 2001 and i know for a fact that it has higher comp. im not sure about the 2000. i think when they started the new tacoma body style they started the higher compression. but my 4 cyclinder is pretty quick considering i have 31s on it. i am very impressed

 

oh and i have a k an n air filter it made a diff. in the sound of it a lil. but it made a pretty good improvement in my mpg..

it was worth the 32 dollors

 

Put my dad in laws taco against the tundra and the tundra will slaughter it ,but put a super charger on the taco and the taco would be awesome.

 

Super Charger owns, but your gas milleage will be sux. cause 50% gas will be gone... like example, 30 miles per 1 G gass, when you install S/C will be 15 per 1G or 20 per 1g.

but im thinking about trading in my camry for a tundra, just becasue i like them better

plus its a toyota
