JUST WONDERING WHATS THE BEST MOTOR SWAP FOR THE STARLET BODY? IVE HEARD SO MANY THAT IAM NOT SURE. I JUST GOT INTO OLD SKOOL TOYOTAS.

the only one of those i would ever own would be the 22r and that is only if it has a turbo attached (22rte)

4a anything. It's common and has alot of support. Not to mention good power thats not too much for the chassis.

which engine would be best for a daily driver. also my wife would be driving the car some times.

A mildly tuned 16v 4ag would be good for a daily driver. They are rock solid and reasonably powerful. And cheap nowadays since all the corolla owners are chucking theirs.

I'll help you with the swap if you want. I like this kind of stuff.
