I went to scion-dynasty or that other site of yours and saw a picture of your rav in what looks like an auto-x. Definately need more info.

I'd love to auto-x the xB eventually, but the rear suspension seems less than ideal. Plus I doubt the local SCCA chapter will let the xB pass tech due to its high center of gravity.

Well the automatic xB's run an 18-second quartermile. I would expect the manuals to run at least a second quicker. Many of those typical "hooked up" Integras/Civics out there barely dip into the 17's...so I guess it is plausible for her manual xB to have a few kills on Integras or Civics.

 

I dont see how any GS-R could lose to a scion.. from 4K rpm and up we put more to the ground than they do to the crank

 

A Scion and a riced out integra racing and somebody is bragging about how they lost, but not by much...this is sad. I remember when 12's was fast...now 16's is fast. Scions suck for racing. They're meant to be a practical way to take your kids to soccer practice or haul your shit to college, not to race.

 

Agreed. Perhaps an LS automtragic would fall to a xB...perhaps not.

HAHA..as far as the racing thing goes, I don't think anyone here stated the xB was meant for racing. But regardless of what you drive, it is always fun to embarass some riced out car...particularly if you are behind the wheel most people regard as slow.

 

man. some of you people are mean (riddlemr2). all i said was that i have doen a few things that have surprised me. i did not think that the xB could be able to keep up with anything. im not braggin a loss. i am not even bragging. hell i know its slow, but i was shocked that it coudl keep up with stuff. it just fun to realize that a daily driver is something better than what you thought. i am jsut saying that SUPRISINGLY the damn BOX kept up with aso many fast cars. i think its pretty cool that it did. you may want to read things more b4 you post ignorant comments.


THE SCION xB IS NOT A RACE CAR. i know.
