With less then 250 '95 models in the US, and even less then that if you count all the ones wrecked or trashed, just getting a 95 is worth that price in my opinion. The car comes with a lot more features then pre-94 models. Also the value of the car will not decrease much over the years. I mean jeezus, the car is 10 years old, and still worth 13-15k for a turbo model.
not everyone is going all race. i for one would love to have a 95 mr2 over a 91-94 but hey i like interior, features, and comfort.
btw mr2 driver knows all too well about features vs. weight, he has the lightest possable 2nd gen with the best possable motor.
manual windows and all.

well with all that, you didnt sell me....I still dont see payin that much to do a turbo swap....and yes i'm an mr2 fan, but if you pulled up to me (and i know the production numbers) and said you had a '95, i'd be like wow your so cool, my idol....i mean dave's dad has a beautiful '95 turbo and i like the car alot, its a good find and i wouldnt mind owning it, but this car is an N/A...and to me, its the same as a 91 with some tail lights added on......
and Turbojz......you say mr2driver has the lightest 2nd gen possible....i'm guessing hard top with manual extras.....and the best motor you can get...i'm guessing 3rd gen......yeah they are the best, stock. once you do any real major upgrades all that doesnt matter anymore......thats like the people that trade out their 3sgte's for a 3rd gen. thats just plain dumb.....rebuild the usdm to more power and save lots of money...
anyways i'm happy with my 93T.....i can always buy the spoiler, tail lights and two tone seats.....and still save thousands....
