Methodical would be like me.... started with the Cobb AccessPort and a stage 1 map, then added Turbo-back and went to the stage 2 map... added a CAI intake, STi Intercooler, up-pipe, and crank pulley... then got an awesome deal from Tupass on an 18G turbo, then bought some STi Pink injectors and a fuel pump, and bumped up to another OTS map from Cobb Tuning, which is about where I am at right now... took time, but I havent had to replace anything other than the turbo (which blew the seals), and I put a bigger intercooler on... what I did was all methodical.

Congrats on a fun car. Be careful, I spent thousands on my old 04 STI but parts are available all over the place for these car which makes them easier to work with. Make sure you keep up on all your maintenance.

Default new 2 subies

I had really good results with a cold air intake, headers back exhaust and Accessport as the first step on my 08 sti. Later, I had to upgrade to a bigger header, but I'm still running the same cai(AEM) and exhaust(Perrin stealth) at 600whp.
