I don't visit TR very often but I saw this thread an was astonished so I thought I'd share my experience with Matt and Full Throttle. I blew a ringland in my 08 sti while at Sebring in October and after getting multiple quotes Matt's was by far the best deal around so I thought I'd give him a chance. They did some drop in CP pistons w/honing and added a Dom 2.5r while I was at it. Matt always has answered my phone calls as I have probably asked questions to the point of annoyance. Couldn't be happier with the car @367 whp and I'm looking forward to going back for my new meth/catless/bigger tmic tune! Oh and I've been driving the car like an asshole since november and I haven't had a single issue.
Figured I'd add a pic for this thread:

I work in customer service and Matt's professionalism has always been top notch and I will continue to go back for a long time. I myself will get a few angry/ignorant customers that just refuse to be helped and it is very frustrating especially when you go out of your way to help them. Seems like a similar situation here.

IMO i dont think full throttle is the one to blame! they went out of there way to fix shit for free on your car so why are you complaining?

Why did you take the car to them in the first place? If you had a problem with ss tune, you could have PM'd him personally.

Stop blaming other ppl for something you could have prevented.

ALSO, you should have done a compression test on the motor.

Stop crying!
