I never heard a word about the customer being unhappy with the initial tune. He told me he just wanted more power...

Hey Matt I gave enough time, but first try so many times to get in touch with You, and you would ignore mi calls. So now lie all You want to make You self look better. I dont even want to answer to the comments in yours post. Nobody

What I did to you? Which part did you not deserve? The GREAT price on the turbo? The GREAT installation price? The free services I did fixing your car?

I called you back as soon as I could everytime. You realize I run this shop ALONE. I dont have people to answer the phone for me. If im using the dyno, or busy with a car, sometimes I cant be at the phone every minute.

I answered everything in my post. I told it how it was. Nothing to make me look differently. You called me and said your car ran horrible. Stalled, blew smoke, Lost all power on highway pulls as you said.

You make it seem like I did horrible thing to you. That is rediculous. The one bad thing, was that we got a bad oil line with the turbo. And it needed to be replaced. Which it was with in 4 days.

As for the tune, Ill refund you that money. Clearly there was something wrong.

Just to let you know, I checked the sheets.

The car made 246whp uncorrected.

His mods were::: VF30, Turbo back, APS intake, up-pipe, Large TMIC, and walbro fuel pump

His A/F were touching 9's. The car would studder a bit also. It blew TONS of smoke on the dyno for his initial pull.

Sounds like it might have had a boost leak when it got on the dyno...

^ Quite possible, but we did a BLT. I think it may have had something to do with the BOV

Side note, with my 4 Siegel tunes, the car felt great for a week and then out of nowhere, my a/f gauge would peg 10.0 at WOT. When it was on S&R's dyno, their a/f showed the 9's. Everytime, never failed.

Just saying.

Didnt you end up replacing a bunch of front O2 sensors and then the engine harness after those tunes? If so, its pretty misleading to imply that it was a problem with the tune(r) when the car had significant mechanical issues.
