^ Simple solution......if you feel that these well known and trusted tuners like Gadiel and SS etc are rip offs and/or scam artists then why dont you start tuning the locals cars for a price that you feel is fair. Then we can see how much power the cars you tune make and the times that they run. Then we will see if paying professionals that have been doing this for years and have thousands of tuned cars under their belts are worth the $$$$ .
Tuning pricing is determined just like everything else.......market value, credibility,experience,time invested.....etc etc

and yes this thread is being ruined because it is not a "whats your opinion on SS" or What's your opinion on tuners". You all can post up review in his shop forum or a thread about how people feel about tuners etc. Don't bash him in a thread that S&R started to gain clients. This isn't just towards you bcs

I have been in business for almost 3 years now and have serviced just over 2000 cars(check my books). I have seen it all and a lot of Subaru's destroyed because of a bad tune. This year we have done 6 engine builds and i have more blown here because of a bad tune.

So, go ahead and have your boy drop a tune in your car and i will be seeing you real soon. BTW I keep engines in stock.

I just recommend pro tune from SS,GAb,Jestr or from any other protuner. A tuner that has some time under there belt and just will not tune around engine issues (like Maf, Vacuum leaks, etc...)

 

well apparently if your motor blows you have to go to s&r where theyre waiting for you

 

I also keep VQ's in stock as well. In fact you should come check out the HR we are building with twin HKS's.
