Well, I was planning on purchasing an Evolution 9 or a WRX STi back in 2006; however, my insurance was charging me $450 per month (full coverage) with a clean record. I forgot the price quote on the Evolution, but the WRX were in the mid 300 range. Thus, I bought my torqueless Civak which I currently pay for $250/per month.
