$750/mth? Oh hell no, I would have bought a Prius before I paid that much for insurance. That's the payment on a brand new Vette or Porsche Cayman.

he has to mean 750 every 3/6 months. No way its 750 a month unless at that age you have 2 DUI's and maybe a vehicular homicide charge.

Yeah, we pay $342/mo for an Evo, WRX, 350z, and Scion xB. I couldn't imagine paying $750/mo for one car.

I picked up my STI when I was 19, Allstate quoted me 760/month. Never had an accident or a ticket, still to this day. I paid cash for the car, so I dealt with minimum coverage for two months. That was still at 375/month. I finally talked my mom into getting my insurance in her name. I'm at 96/month now lol. I thought it was just Allstate with the high prices so I decided to get quotes. Geico was 940/month, State Farm wouldn't insure me, and Progressive was at 800/month. I told them I would rather go get a mortgage on a house.

Its so funny considering my 18yr old friend just picked up an '06 GTO and his insurance is like $230/month I believe.
