Thank you for the compliment. I really appreciate that and I understand your point but the car must have more in it if I can can pull on an 03/04 cobra or a Jag XKR. I am very happy about getting a 12-something, but I left irritated knowing that I could've done better. Besides the miserable f*cking heat Florida is known for, the staging lights and beam were also annoying the sh*t out of me.

Ill tell ya what, I ran a 12.4@110 with your mods. Granted that was with a 1.61 60ft. Shift at 6K. It helped me so much esp with trap speeds. I would gain 3-4mph shifting at 6 instead of 7k. I was protuned @312whp. So HP is about the same. You will get it with practice for sure. Let Frank take a spin down the 1320 with it

Unfortunately, unless the guy who wants to take my car down the 1320 has $35k in $100 bills in a bag slung over his shoulder, he's not even sitting in the driver's seat while the car's at the track. I do not have a track endorsement in my insurance policy and as such cannot and will not assume the risk. When my car is at the track, only I drive it. If anything happens to it while I'm there, it MUST be my fault. That's something I insist on.

The 1-2 shift more or less anything over 6K... just get to 2nd as quick as possible. Your car has no lag so there is no worries. But DEF try shifting at 6K... I even shift to 5th when i was stock turbo. try it both ways, see what works!
Yes sir. Just because the powerloss was tremendous with the stock turbo after 5500. So i hit 5th and gained a few more MPH...I do it with my evo too. and my evo's a 5 speed 
Think of it this way, Your going thru the traps at 6900 rpms or so with an 07 STI with his mods. Now, at that RPM, your probably boosting 15psi? and making 250whp or so?
Shift to 5th at 6K, and your at full boost (21 psi with spike) and making your most WHP crossing at 6200 or more RPMS....
If you can shift fast enough, then your golden.
