even though I feel like I might be talking to myself, heres an update if anyone cares:

I've tweaked the map to where a want it. As soon as the roads dry up a bit I'm going to give it a good run. Its making boost fast and holding it longer just like it should. I will try to have some charts up this afternoon with good comparisons (on same graph) but everything is looking good.

lets go right now... haha. Just finished tuning everything is great. Love how it performs. Might have to do one more slight revision to lessen a bit of a boost spike in 4th gear. Some highlights... I hit 19lbs at 2600rpm's. But all my numbers are around 230hp/300tq. So, I cant top that original hp/tq number... however that was a cold/low humid night (57*). That must mean the original numbers were outlyers and I have no good "original" data... so my whole plan of tracking progress is shot to shit...

My only true piece of data is my 9.5 1/8th mile run at stg 1 and me driving bad.

Yes that will test for a bad heater core anyway. If you damaged the sensor, I dont think voltmeter testing will do the trick.. sorry for late response lol sounds like everything went good though.

My .02 on front o2's=Those sensors are finicky lil bitches and Patience is key. It must be just right otherwise it goes to hell. Smart move to let subaru take care of it , prob didn't cost much to have installed? How exactly did it get damaged to the point it wasn't able to be used? Pics?

I drove around with my front o2 bad for like 2 months. Off road and everything, I was a total newb then. So a day or two should be fine. The guy before me said it kept going out as a result of the mbc, and that it just pulls timing and richens things up so not to worry about it. I didn't and it was fine, but then I read more into it and though maybe I had better fix it lol.

Yes def. I think I might take you now.

Mike as far as damage on the O2 sensor... I think when Mantra1 and I checked for leaks I bent the base of the O2 sensor when I re installed it. I will try to get a pic of it tomorrow. Might be hard to see but I'll try my best. But like I said its all fixed now, cost a bit but atleast I know its done right.

/\/\/\ thanks for the pics in advance, i'm just curious as to what it took to break the sensor. Glad to hear I didn't do it. I thought I took an exceptional amount of care but I did touch the sensor so it sort of worried me lol. Did the new one thread back in okay?

As far as pics you cant tell in any of the pics I took then the camera died on me (battery) so I will try again tomorrow. About the new one, I had the dealership do it.... yes I could have possibly saved money doing it myself but I already messed it up once so....
