Yeah I will definately try to keep these graphs/records as consisent as possible for true comparisons and my "test track" is near my house and its where I do all my pulls.

Ya as far as the BCS I'm hoping that it holds peak a tad longer and tapers boost in the 4-5k range better because thats where it really starts to fall hard. And I know realistically anything past 5k is a pipe dream so it is what is...

Haha, thanks for the change of heart. I'll keep you in mind, the main thing that holds me back on modding is no place to do it... I live a townhouse so my "garage" is a parking lot so that doesnt work. I miss that I cant even do an oil change here

Anyway as far as the Grimmspeed BCS, first off its plug and play, no splicing which is nice and has fancy mounting bracket thats suppose to eliminate the clicking noise. Its suppose to flow better than the competitors (I guess GM, prodrive and perrin are probably what they mean). And there was a group buy on Nasioc for $90 shipped.

The turbo is easy to get to; I'll help if you'd like

Damn, that is a lot of torque for the td04. I have roughly the same mods as you.
Who will be porting your exhaust manifold? If you plan on doing it yourself, be sure to do only the 'inlets' on each piece. I love my ported exhaust manny along with the Grimmspeed crossover pipe.
Just curious, when are you seeing full spool in a 4th gear pull? Right now I hit 17.5 psi at 2400 rpm when nailing it at 2000 rpm.

yea i know what you mean i did all my mods in my driveway on jack stands lol and most of them were dont at night with a clip on light with a normal light bulb lol... even did my tranny in the driveway too

luckily were moving and i finally get a garage and a driveway that can fit about 7-9 cars so it will make things way easier then working on a car in a one car driveway

as long as its not a crazy amount of mods at once you can always swing by once we get settled in and i can lend a hand

I dont have a 4th gear pull starting at 2k but punching it at 2400rpm I hit 17.5psi by 2700rpm and peak boost (18.25) at 3k. So it spools damn fast. So as far as before and after with your PnP headers what all did you notice.

I am doing the PnP myself with Mike (skoloseven). And I will def keep all you guys in mind whenever I need a help with installs/modding in general. Thanks.

Ok finished the header pnp. First off it was super easy, Mike (skoloseven) and I were able finish the whole uninstall, pnp, and re install in about 4 hours. As far as gains, I did some pulls but the conditions arent the same to run the dyno software (also I want to do it on the same road and temp, so maybe this evening.) Butt dyno says the car feels strong, drove nicely. It feels as though it lost a little bottom end but gained up top. I'll post some plots as soon as I get them. All in all great time working on the car, Mike is a stand up guy, very knowledgable and helpful.

yeah man everything went really smooth today, and the PNP turned out good. Your car is really nice bcs, good work! Those headlights looked great too, good job racerx. Airport pulls ftw lol

Have you had a chance to do another run to see if there was gains?

The results are in and my gains seem to be -14hp/-14tq.... awesome! I love doing mods to lose power. Mind you this is without adjusting the tune at all, so that could matter. However on the plus side my gas mileage is slightly improved... I have a graph, taken at the same stretch of road, it was slightly warmer (but the software can compensate), and the pull felt great but... thats what the numbers say...

As far as adjusting the tune... theres no point because the car runs fine and I will be doing a retune next week for the new BCS....
