Wow what a steal! GL with car man. The Clutch is not bad at all. Rather do it on a scoob than an Evo.

LOLz!!11
The motor has alittle bit of white smoke at idle and when the rpms drop from a no load rev. I radiator pressure tested it and it stuck 16psi for like 15 minutes with out dropping so i doubt its a HG. Maybe something else? IDK the car did sit for 2 months. I'll do the clutch and see what it needs (Maybe a STI motor)...

Have you done a compression test? You prob are fine, but white smoke is sometimes a ringland issue, but you don't have a 08 STi like me so you don't have to worry about that Congrats on that purchase, wish i could find a WRX Wagon to pick up for 1600 bucks LOL

I have to wait for a warmer day to really look at it, the only time i get to look at it is at night when its cold out. Its probably half old gas burning off and half exhaust heat meeting the cold air outside.

Compression testing seems difficult, everything seems difficult.
I got the factory service manual thanks to eartears

Well thanks everybody for the help

Even swap... we'll call it a deal
