gallon of subaru coolant with their conditioner. mixed with water. the end.

or if you are cheap, go to autozone and buy a thing of all dexcool and mix it 50/50 with water. honestly, there is really hardly any difference between the coolants until you start screwing around with additives like waterwetter and such. But that shouldn't be needed on a street car.

does the water wetter or any of those really help i do plan on trying auto and rally x i also go to bmp on the ocasion so if adding that stuff work id rather do it when i put the radiator in and be done

no you really have no need for water wetter. autoX courses are traditionally only about one minute long. Until about 6 months ago I never needed anything besides dexcool/water mix and I would run the car for 30-60 minutes at a time on the track.
