Victor would have done anything he could to help you out but you had to give him time with the car man.

When i first got tuned by Gadiel.........the very first time ever meeting him. He tuned my car in like 4 passes on the dyno. I drove the car out to the races and raced Matts FP green STI. After about the 3rd run my car bogged and was making crazy noise and running like shit, the car would barely even move.. I thought the motor was done. Now I could have right away put it to stock and blamed Gadiel for messing up my car and oh he can;'t tune a simple stage 2. But I didn't.....I took the car in and it was fixed.....it turned out to be an injector gone bad- totally unrelated to any of the parts installed or the tune. Now the car runs strong and never a hiccup and Ihave a lot of track passes and hard driving on this tune. It's been almost 2 years now.
I understand your point. But just in this specific case i just didnt have "shit happens" money left in my pocket or id be glad to invest more money into the vehicle. But i maxed out an entire credit card on this car just to ruin yrs of my motors life and flash it back to stock where i was at the first day i purchased the car. i didnt think id have to replace anything on a bran new car with only 15k miles and just a basic stg II tune. I also couldnt keep taking the trips out to orlando not just because of the gas money, but my job wouldnt give me the time off either. and i cant keep having my mom and dad run back and forth 180 mile round trip just for me doing something to my car they didnt agree with fully in the first place. Also during the 20-30 hours i spent at BVP thruout that week, they said the car is fine multiple times and they test drove it and it doesnt have one problem. turns out it had a Massive problem all along. and not even gadiel or victor knew exactly what to do. i couldnt keep letting them continue with the trial and error. thats why i said stop what youre doing now and flash it back to stock.

I understand that but when complications come from a well repected company like BVP there is a difference.

But i do see how BVP wanted to fix the problem which is good!

realistically nothing will come of this:

Will BVP lose a couple of prospective clients? Yes
Did they try to rectify the situation? Yes, so they say

this is just what shops have to deal with..its the beauty of the internet. BVP now has to rely on the their reputation before this incident. No amount of internet arguing will fix this.

both parties have expressed their sides.

should this thread be closed? Yes
