Wow keep us posted i would love to hear what the real problem is.Maybe you should call Subaru and tell them how unhappy you are.If your vehicle has under 3years 36k then the factory warr. will cover a rental car for as long as its in service.

Oh yeah, Reeves is great. They hook you up with a rental car even if your having your oil changed, so on complaints there. Its not the Dealership, i'ts the communication and tech i have a worry about. I'll see what happens tommorrow. I hope everything turns out okay, i leave for the box next week, "iam in the military." I really can't drag this crap out very long.

I'd rather take it to a dealer that fixed it...than one that gave me a rental...

Well just an update. I hope if anyone else has problems with their stock 06 WRX TR... So far they have told me they swapped out the throttle body, and put the old ECU back in and it drove fine. They told me this Thursday though and I've yet to get my car back... Good thing I'am deployed because they have had my car for a long long time. I suppose they are waiting for a throttle body to come in. Weird, defective stock throttle body on a 06 WRX TR with just 16K miles??? anyone else have this issue

It's a LONG process. It took me almost a year to lemon out my SRT-4. But it was worth the wait.

So if they have had my car in the shop twice, the second time lasting over 2 weeks, what does that mean? I love my car, and hate the idea of having to get rid of it. I don't want a car that is going to have issues like this when it gets older though... Sucks.
