Well that's good the dealership is backing you. That should make the process much smoother for you. It was the exact opposite for me. The dealership and corporate both were telling me that my a/c was normal when it was blowing 80 degrees out of the vents. It was colder outside the car...ridiculous. But I hope it's an easier process for you that doesn't take a year like mine.

Well my car is being bought back by Subaru, so monday or tues i should have my new car. Because of the unique situation i am in with Subaru it looks like i can "upgrade," what i had before, so i am now serioulsy considering a 2008 STI, possibly with the BBS package and Nav, if i can find one. Lets just say if your car is defective, Subaru will take care of you Oh yeah, they had ordered a Engine harness last, no word yet if that fixed the original problem... Doesn't really matter anymore but i would be curious what the hell was wrong with my old car

Trying to hide my excitment

Just an update, old WRX TR is gone, in it's place is a Red 08 STi
I'll post some pics later on, i got a really really good deal. The moral of the story is if you car turns out to be defective, looks like Subaru will take care of you. It was alot faster than filing under lemon law! Big upgrade
06TR to STi!!!
