ok should i run the stage 2 with the cut out closed then and it will make more power then?from my understanding with a turbo you want the air out as fast as you can right? so the cut out should be open then.

if you have a cutout you dont need a catback portion. when you open it up you bypass the catback portion, so you just wasted your money on that. if you are running stage 2 with it open that is max power. the catback isnt going to add anything

not really true LD.... the catback can provide back pressure. with the cutout open it could be ruining the gains. My opinon is do what cobb says and get the catback.

having the stock cat back is going to hurt you a little but realistically it's not going to kill you. run like it is for the time being and since you have the catback coming call it good( but you probably won't see too much difference). you aren't going to see massive gains from any off the shelf map, it's just never going to happen.

if you're not able to tune it then look to get a tune done.

Custom tune by Snowman, he'll tune to your parts, and it's a $170 flat-rate.. He does a amazing job, and his customer service is outstanding. He is local in the Tampa Bay area (Trinity), and a awesome guy.. I had mine done, and it's a night/day difference.. Look him up on floridasubarus.comEric

As far as I know, Snowman doesn't tune for the AP.
