Yeah insurance called and said Im being taken care of. So I just want it fixed. And its just to much work to sue. And no I will not buy and Evo that looks like a Fly with an intercooler

go to the doctor.
create a pattern for pain and suffering claim. acidents can cause a lot of weird stuf to happen to your body that you dont realize right away... Belive me, i know. you dont need to Sue anybody. go get some free masages, chyropractic work, and feel like a $1,00,000.00 will make the car issue hurt less. in the last year i have lost 3 cars... due to accidents that were not my fault or theft.
the first accident i got a settlement of 4k because a stupid 18 year old on the phone while doing her make up desided to turn across 3 lanes of oncoming trafic, and i had no where to turn, so i slammed on the brakes and still nailed her.
still going to the doctor for the second wreck, back is fubar. Stupid guy wasnt paying attention on the free way and hit me doing 45+ while i was stopped with the rest of traffic.... probly get 10k+ from the insurance CO. not the ass that hit me.

damn, that sucks...Glad your story is better than mine.
two yeras ago, I had some random road rage guy try running me off the road and smashed my fender and both passenger side doors...then blocked me on an on ramp and pull a gun on me...then realized I wasn't who he thought I was (figues, the one time I'm not carrying coming home from school)...the cops never caught the car even though I had the plates...they couldn't do anything as I had no witness but insurance didin't charge me
I would make sure that their insurance covers your rental car.
