Ok now as you all know I had a dent in my left Driver door worth 1500. Well Wednesday Morning Im driving from SPC going to my house happy that I passed a huge test. Now I am 2 mins away from my house. I planned on sleeping. But now I see a black Hyuandi Sonota drifting like 2 kids seriously drifting, or trying to drift turn a corner and I look thinking they are gonna just fly by, the last split second they lose control and they strike my Right passenger rear door and and chip a piece of my rim off, deflate my new Nitto 450 and smash the inside of my door, knock off my side skirt and destroyed my bumper.

I sit in my car for 2 mins thinking to my self this is a dream right? I get out praying to God that I dont kill someone, I look at the back and almost cried. 4 people come up asking if I am alright I dont respond. I start to charge after the two kids and the 4 people had to hold me back, now im only 5'7" 158lbs and 4 people are trying to hold me back from killing 2 teenagers skipping school.

Anywho Insurace calls and its not my fault and the damage is about 2,900 bucks If I had pics i'd post them. And my suspension is damaged.

So please dont think I dont deserve a subaru it was not my fault for the 2nd time.

Wow, that sucks. At least it's not your fault though.

What do you want advice on? Insurance has already been called. You could sue them since they hit you...Good luck with the repairs.

all that stuff that they damaged and thats all you can get out of the insurance company? did you call your insurance or call theirs?

im 99% sure i would've torn them a new asshole. unless it was one of those really huge teenagers thats like captain of the football team, in that case i wouldve grabbed my 2" wrench and done some work on his knees and/or pelvic region.
