All misfires, cylinders 1, 3 and 4. I had it cleared. We'll see if the problem persists tomorrow on a cold start. No other ideas until I get retuned.
Are you running different injectors? Thats usually the winner. The Idle Injector latency/mapping has got to be spot on.

I said fuck it and upped the Misfire threshold with Enginuity.

Could be intake, boost leak, less than optimul burn conditions, and a million other things.
I tried to read back on some of your mods but damn that a lot of reading.

Also, FlybyTT your MAF is hosed. I would try cleaning it first with some CRC electronic parts cleaner. Still a CEL replace it. The AIT/MAF use the same connector so make sure its straight.

Different Injectors? Different from what? I'm running pinks and have been since before I did the 2.5 swap. I know it's not a boost leak because I replaced the turbo inlet last weekend and got a perfect pressure test.

I'm out of guesses at this point other than waiting to get retuned. Maybe we'll find something then. If not, I dont know where to go next.

Thats what i was talking about. Different injectors being the pinks. I didn't know you had them thats why i was asking.

Again i would look at the idle injector latency/scaling/mapping.

The biggest reason for the misfire CEL besides the ol lightened pulley and flywheel are injectors.

Cool man, thanks. I'll have Snowman check it out when I get my retune.

Just to let everyone know, I regapped my plugs to .026 from .030 yesterday and no CEL yet and the car idles much better...no more shaking. It's very smooth at idle. As mentioned earlier I normally couldnt go more than 20 minutes before throwing a code and I've been driving for 2 days with no problems.

So you dropped the gap to .26 if im reading that right?

I might need to try that.

Yep, thats right and so far, so good. You cant even tell its running at idle. I have my fingers crossed.

Reviving from the dead here but I thought I would pass this on. None of what you read in this post worked for me. What has worked so far (cross my fingers) is ensuring the knock sensor was tightened to OEM specs (17.4 ft lbs). Thanks Snowman for pointing me in the right direction.
