So everyone feels the same regardless if the seats are real or not?...damn, tough crowd. I have to admit I'd be a little upset as well. I don't know if I would handle it the same way. But if someone tells me something I'd like to think they were telling the truth.

Not taking sides here, I'm just saying, I would feel badly if I were the seller and I found out they were fake (if they are). I would at least try and work something out, come to some consensus.

But there's no proof that they are fake.

Just the new owner's accusations.

Understood...

That's why I included in my comments "if they are" fake and why I posed the question up front. Obviously, the burden of proof is on the buyer at this point.

I can easily prove that they are fake seats. But why waste my time when the previous owner just blew me off and nothing else could be done.
I know he's everyones friend on here but how would you react if someone sold you fake seats and wouldn't give you a refund or your stock seats back to at least have in your car. I may be wrong but I asked him if I can just have my stockers back he can keep the money since he needs to rebuild his tranny. I think thats fair but some or most of you might disagree.

If they were real this thread would have never been made. If they were real I could easily resell them and buy 4 pairs of stock seats.

let me clearify something! as far as i know they are real! people that have sat in them say they are real. dont sit here and say you want to straight up trade back and i can keep the money. You pmed me last night and said you want your seats back and keep my brides. You told me to go borrow someones seats untill i can get my own. so who in the fuck do you think you are. People have made there point here saying you being a dumbass about this.

YOU CAME OVER AND SAW WHAT YOU WERE GOING TO GET. YOU WERE MORE THEN HAPPY WITH A BIG ASS SMILE ON YOUR FACE WHEN YOU LEFT. REGARDLESS IF THE SEATS ARE FAKE OR NOT, YOU SAID YOU LOVE THEM. I CANT TELL YOU IF THERE REAL OR NOT. I BELIEVE THEY ARE REAL....

SO DEAL WITH IT MAN! I DO FEEL BAD THAT YOU ARENT COMPLETLY HAPPY. BUT I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS BULLSHIT INDIAN GIVING!

PEACE

I'm going to shut up because I think I'm on the wrong side of the bias tree. IMO if they're fake, it matters.

Fuck that. It's not even like you bought the shit online based on pictures, you saw the seats in person and knew exactly what you were buying. From an outsider's perspective, I'd tell you to go fuck yourself.

Sorry but that is not evwen close......it's more like he went to buy a STi and the car looked just like a sti......motor, 6 speed, badges, brembos......then he purchases the car since he figures it is legit and finds out he bought a WRX that looks like a sti after running the VIN or Carfax.

IF the seats are fake then I would be upset and feel cheated as well. You can look on the bright side though chomedrifter, It's not like you paid the full price for Brides. Usually Brides go for about $1k for the pair. some people even pay that and trade so....not bad. If Brides were ment for fatter people I would swap with you. I am sure you will have NO problem re selling them

Excellent example! What would be your reaction? I'd be upset.
