Today after I called the dealer and asked if i could just drop it off when they open instead of waiting for my appointment I guess the car was feeling the impending seperation anxiety I'll see if it re-appears before thursday, if so it can go, if not they will probally say they can't help me. Are the codes stored in any kind of memory within the ECU?

Odds are it was emissions related. It will get cleared after a few heat-cool-start cycles.

It still wouldn't hurt to take it by the dealership and have them pull the code to find out what it is.
