I guess the real question is what you want from them as to which is the best...
Falken Azenis RT-615
Although I havent had these...they are on my short list for my next set. Suposed to be pretty good in the wet compared to the RT-215 they replaced. Outstanding dry grip.
BFG g-Force T/A KDW NT
I had these... I liked 'em a lot. Great grip dry or wet for a street tire. Tend to get hot and greasy when really pushed hard during road course/auto-x sessions. Only downfall would be that they tend to track a little bit on the street, which can be annoying. Noise level was bearable but I didnt keep the car long enough after putting them on to see how loud they would get with age. Would consider again but they don't come in 245/45-17.
Falken FK-451
I currently have these....
Wet grip is outstanding as is dry...These really shine in the wet though. I've got over 20,000 miles on them and still lots of tread. Track about the same on the street as as the BFG KDW2's. They got louder with age but not to the point of annoying (but they do compete with the exhaust). These are being phased out and replaced by the FK-452 which may or may not be better.
Which brings me to the...
Hankook Ventus R-S2 Z212
Similar in performance to the Falken RT-615's but with better daily road manners and better wet grip.
FWIW heres the short list for my next set:
1. Hankook Ventus R-S2 Z212
2. Falken Azenis RT-615
3. Falken FK-451

You want something that will last a little while so you choose tires with treadwear ratings in the high 200s? hahahaha
I say those tires are useless since you don't take it to the track or autocross often.
Of the four tires listed, I say get the BF/Goodrich KDWs...but in traditional tread.

My "280" rated tires have over 20,000 miles on them (22,5xx to be more specific) and are not yet to the wear bars.
I have Falken Ziex-512 for a almost $90 a tire and lovovvovovoeeee itttttt
235/45-17
treadwear rating 360
I don't remember the last time I took the car around a corner hard
