If you want tires at least as grippy as the stock tires...which are quite good, the Azenis is the only one in that list. As mentioned, the Hancook z212 is very similar to them and also a good choice. The BG KDW is an alright performance tire, but for grip levels of that and beyond the stock tires, you would nee the BF KD which is a full summer veyr sticky tire. Here is a list of good grippy street tires:
Falken Azenis
Hankook Z212
BF Goodrich KD
Advan Neova
However if you dont care much about lateral grip, You can get a less grippy higher treadwear tire that is still considered ultra high performance like
Kuhmo MX
Toyo T1R
Hankook K104
BF KDW
Falken 451
Etc...

FYI treadwear ratings don't really mean much in the real world.... Azenis are probably overkill for street driving in terms of the cost. You would get good treadlife out of them though. I'd save yourself a few bucks and get the Hankooks Z212's, if you havent already check edgeracing.com occasionally they can beat tirerack or tires.com
The MX's Charles posted above are a great buy for the buck, probably the best performance per dollar in that list.

Yeah, if you are not going to use the added grip, dont waste the added money. Although in the case of the azenis, they have a tiny advantage over the kankook, its not worth more money. Also, as mentioned the stock tire rating of 140 isnt really a fair rating...they last longer than this would suggest. The azensis for example should not last as long. for most people.
