Ok screw it. I am now going to the Sunrider's event again. Indecisive, huh? I really want to check out the BMW event due to the longer more frequent runs, but at the same time, it will be nice to have some more STi's at the Sunriders event. I'll be there.

BrewPu, since you know Esemes and some of the other local STi guys, try to convince them to come too. It is a hell of a lot of fun.

RobbC, you and your coworker (sorry, I'm terrible with names) should come too. It will be a blast.

CGM (or silver) with gold wheels I talked to on Gandy the other day, you should come. Bring your RSX friend too, there was at least one RSX there last month.

Also, I don't think the website mentions it, but lunch and drinks are included in the $30 so don't worry about bringing that stuff. Last time we had pizza and lots of drinks (bottled water included). If you bring a friend to ride along it is only $5 for them to eat.

I plan on it rv7, just need to make sure I can get out of work Sunday and I should be able to see you there! I'll get a hold of my freind, John(Sierra3), and will see if he can come too with his STi as well.

Awesome, looks like we will have a decent turn out of STi's. Now, to preregister, you will need to create a myauotevents.com account. It is free and they don't ask for any credit card info or anything like that (all they really need to know is your name, email, type of car, that kind of stuff). You don't actually pay the entry fee until you show up at the track. You do not have to preregister, you can simply show up and register IF there is still room. They limit the entries to 60 so that everyone gets a decent amount of runs, so I would hihgly recommend preregistering. As of this post, there are 45 people registered. Also, this month's autocross will be the first time they are using the NASA classing system. A stock STi will be in class "C", and then you add points for your mods. If you accumulate enough points, you are bumped up a class. I have a catback exaust and coilovers and I did not receive enough points to be bumped. There is a link on the myautoevents website to explain the classing rules. However, if you have competed in less than 3 autocrosses, you may enter the "novice" class if you wish. It is not super competitive, so it doesn't really matter which class you enter. Ok, enough with the rambling. Go to www.sunridersautocross.com and then follow the link to preregister. This is going to be a lot of fun. See you all Sunday!

Wow the WRX is in class E... of course, with all the stuff I've done to it I'll probably end up in class A.

A cursory glance at the rules and I'll probably be bumped one class, but we'll see. I went ahead and registered, but it didn't want me to pay on the site, so I guess we pay there?

Yes, you can pay at the time you sign the site waiver during registration.
