I'll bring all the stuff with me tonight, in case Craig shows up at the dinner meet. Plus I'm sure some of you want to see the painted roof scoop

BTW,I also put on the STi hood scoop today... it'll take some getting used to, that's for sure.

Seems like Craig at CUE has agreed to take the project. I'll be calling him when I get back from VA next week to schedule a time.

Really looking forward to having it done

Really looking foward to doing the job. I saw the pieces...nice workmanship. We'll see how it all goes together.

I'm assuming it'll be done before the meet?

Edit: I just saw the other thread.

Well, I didn't post it last night since I got in so late. The operation was a success! The roof vent and scoop are installed and they, how you say, rock the hizzouse? It moves air really well, and even with the windows all the way up in the sun, I was nice and cool. Until I came to a stop light.

Big thanks to Craig at CUE Auto Restyling for the install, its an awesome piece and he did an awesome job on it. He took a buttload of pics, so I hope he'll post them somewhere to enjoy. I, of course, forgot my camera at home. There were alot of people who took pictures at Old Chicago, though, so hopefully they'll post some too.

Pics of my own will be here shortly (TTIWWOP)

venting ala roof........

looks great (against what i was thinking it would look like), and i actually am looking into the possibility of getting a steele grey roof vent (no scoop for me), and having CUE do the whole job for me.... if i can land a steele grey pre-painted unit, i may bite on this one...

dunno... i just like it...... alot!

ese

ps- your whole car has a very strong and agressive look/feel to it... well done (so-far!)

If you can find a vent unpainted, I have an AWSOME painter. Some of the guys on here have seen his work and will vouch for him. If anyone is interested in this very cool (pun intended) mod, call me at the shop or e-mail me at cue@tampabay.rr.com

Ken, We're glad your happy! Turned out great IMO.
