What about the play you had with the wastegate? Is that still an issue or are you content with the Heat wrap solution of taking it off?

Dont trash yet it just bring it up above the o2 sensor it should help a little prevent heat soak too. Just try that and it doesnt work trash it !

THAS what i was kinda thinking.....

like the aps has the cast iron turbo OUTlet, maybe you can wrap (double it up?) the bellmouth section really well, and let that be it.....

15.95 psi sounds right for lower gears, no? The variance you're seeing between now and before could just be attributed to climate variations?

What does it feel like?
