play is supposed to be there. yours had some play also. bill also let me see the SR55 and it had some play also. its supposed to float from what i understand. its just not building boost fast enough. if i go through a long gear i hit full boost no problem and it holds it. i went through 5th gear and hit a 1.3. it seems only the quicker gears it wont hit full boost. i have way too much lag that i have to shift before i even hit full boost.

like the aps has the cast iron turbo OUTlet, maybe you can wrap (double it up?) the bellmouth section really well, and let that be it.....

15.95 psi sounds right for lower gears, no? The variance you're seeing between now and before could just be attributed to climate variations?

the car is tuned for 18lbs with ecutek. the car doesnt have the top end as it should. i did manage to hit a 1.2bar once in 4th gear.
