Good Tranny shop

does anybody know any credible transmission shops?i have new gears for my transmission, that nned to go in.

go to mastro.
I took my tranny to 4 tranny shops and not one of them could find out what was wrong with it,the dealer is where you need to take it imo.

Mastro does have alot of experience with the Subaru transmissions and do a great job with gear installs.

FWIW, Mastro's quote for my gearset install was $1394 (includes removal and reinstall of transmission).

If you have more time than money, or have a flexible work environment like I do... I went to Irish Mike's Racing in Orlando and had it done for $890. They've done at least 10 of them to date and are very competent.

I forgot to mention -- I had the work scheduled ahead of time (appointment). The car was dropped off at 8:30AM on a Monday morning and was finished 11AM Wednesday.
