Good Body Shop Recommendations?

Does anyone know of a body shop they could recommend or a place they don't recommend? I'm looking for a shop that can install body kits, repaint bumpers etc.

i have a number for a paint guy if you want
he does custom paint stuff but im sure he can do things like bumpers
