help with modding a 2002-2003 wrx
1. Catless up-pipe
2. Turbo-back exhaust (catless or 1 cat, your environmental choice)
3. EcuTek reflash (doing 1 and/or 2 without this is almost pointless)
Your car will feel completely different.
4. Tires
Your car will feel completely different again.
Leave the intake and intercooler alone.
Drive.

yeah.. TBE - up-pipe - Ecutek - tires will be more than a couple of thousand - prolly about 40-60 HP at the wheels... this will make the car feel like a new car.
or you can get a BOV and FMIC, look "cool" and probably be slower.. both the same price.

The only IC upgrade i think that is needed for the amount of power on a mostly stock car would be IC hoses. Other than that i would have to say go with the up-pipe, TBE ,and ECUtek.
