I have no doubt in my mind that with some repair to the car from the last time I saw it. (I.E. downpipe needed to be replaced, and a GM electronic boost controler for the AEM) This engine would have no problem producing the numbers mentioned, but just not on 14lbs.


You are right the car is fun to drive thats for sure, It spun the shit out of 3rd going straight for me making 293whp.

 

but after alpha tuned it it cant be making only 293, theres no way.

I'll look for it in the FS area. I'm not holding my breath on this one lasting more than 2 weeks. Sorry JT, but we all know your record for holding onto nice rides.

Personally, I would have kept the SR car over something with a foggy build history based on the whole "he said, she said" thing. There is always a risk when one gets into a project that someone else has almost completed like this. Until you tear that motor down, you won't really know what is in it for sure. It's a lot more faith than I would ever take on someone else's word.
