Complete KA24de part out
This is a complete ka motor partout . i won't have pics but if you need anything off of this motor either pm me or reply to the thread, the reason im parting it out is cause i bought this motor from someone on TR and he said the motor was in great condition and ran fine so when i compression tested it the numbers were 125 46 50 46 which as you know means the motor is no good. so yeah i got ripped off and the seller doesn't want to work anything out. so to get some of my money back im parting this thing out.. anything you need let me know. thanks.

nisson93 i wouldn't recommend getting anything from this guy. i wanted to take it to court and fight it but its really not worth getting a lawyer over 450 bucks, so im parting this out to hopefully get some money back.

And you did this on an engine that was sitting for a while more than likely, so not up to temp and probably no oil touching the rings, did you even try to do it wet ?
Chances are it was either the rings have been sitting for a while, or the head needs a valvejob, which is no surprise.
Same thing happened with the one my brother and I got from another member here, except we brought stuff to comp test it there, and one or two cyls were low, he pulled it out running and driving, and im sure it was, however you are talking about buying a used 150, probably 180k plus mile motor, dont expect it to be brand new and try not to be so quick to claim someone intentionally ripped you off.

full on track cars can take a lot more liberties with shit than a street car. bell bottom kits and crazy wheel fitment look cool sliding on a track, but when i want to drive to taco bus, im going to ruin all of that shit. so it just doesnt work for me. function over fashion.
