As soon as I get my J30 installed I'll let you have my welded for $30.

No guaranty on when it will be swapped though... Hopefully soon.

WELDED DIFFS SUCK ASS!!!!!!!!
I have a welded diff and I hate it. I won't lie it's fun if you wanna go out and play, but for day to day it can suck my who who. I'm not saying don't weld your diff, I'M SAYING DON'T FUCKING WELD YOUR DIFF. get a vlsd like your boys J30 diff or a 180sx diff or start stealing little kids lunch money and buy a good LSD. Ultimately a welded diff will only hinder you and your performance. Ask someone like Hachi bill or any pro drifter/race car driver and see what they say

Just try autocrossing with one...you'll hate life but yet love the sound of cones hitting your car.

Pro drifters have the money to NOT WELD their diff.
They buy lsds that hold 300+ hp

I have one, welded, and open.

As for the people that are bitching and complaining. A 2 way is in essence a welded diff. I have had a Nismo 2way mechanical. the best there is, If I dont mind saying, and I rock a welded one now, and guess what, they are the same. The 2way actually made more noise.

AS for the guy autocrossing with a welded, They even let you do that? A real track will not let u run welded or even a 2 way.

In short, if you are drifting, and have the money buy more tires, and weld your open diff. Preferably a s14 Auto.

For track days, or autocross, or time attack, then you need a 1.5 preferably a non viscuos if you can afford one.
