Going to build a super stock 5.0 motor using stock parts that i am going to mod. I have a stock short block.Just need heads.I want to smoke some Ls1 motors.Thanks.

LOL! I hear ya. Its more or less to prove that i can make stock parts 302 make around 375 fwhp. My old combo made 353 estimated to flywheel. It laid down 283 to the wheels with 150,000 miles on those parts,I think with a fresh motor,more port work,and 10:0.1 compression I think I can reach or surpass that power goal. Need someone volunteer there chassie to put it in.I only have one car at the time being.I think Gator wouldn"t mine letting me use his car for a track test.

Yeah.. i think he said that those heads where leaking water into the motor or something along those lines.Not sure chad,I will have to talk to him again.

 

harold i got a 4 cyl 92 coupe here at the yard its not wrecked we could build into a race car track only car????
