As soon as I get the parts, I will drive over after work thurs or fri to try to revive the beast, might do some fat john force style burnouts by your house lol...

 

That sucks bro, I have a Moates chip in my car also. You can do the John Force burn outs in front of my house, just not to late, I have 2 small kids. lol I would hate to have to run you down in the Mazda. Hahaha

Thanks bro. Worst part about all this is the inconvienence it has caused. I was sound asleep and the car was resting nice and clean in the driveway. He even threw dirt all over the stang, I was pissed about that also. Wonder if I could get them to pay to detail it also.

Not many clean foxes like his around and for it to be totaled like that turned my stomach.

I say burn em for what ever you can get out of them.

We went through some arguing and phone tag when my wife's Cobra was totaled. They want to use book value,.. not NADA and dont want to take modifications into consideration. I dont care what anyone here says,.. by law they have to replace your car with either another car of equal value or the cash equivalent. Book value for a 96 Cobra is only $6800. My wife hung up on them 3 times and put her lawyer friend on them and we finally got $9300 cash out of them and kept the car for parts.

lol, I have already had a lawyer contact them, and we are not even to the negotiations yet. Hahaha

 

I would be ok with them sparing him jail time if they would just leave me with him alone in a room for about 5 minutes. It would only take me about 30 seconds to finish the little twirp off, the other 4 1/2 minutes would be just plain torture.
