They caught the guy bro. The car was a rental through Enterprise. I got ahold of there insurance company today, and the adjuster is supposedto call me tomorrow to set up an appointment to come look at the car. I got VERY lucky. Thank you for your help and getting the word out, and tell your buddy thank you.

Absolutely, the car is safely stored in the garage right now, but you can see where he came through the grass hauling ass. If the black Mazda 6 is in the driveway, I am home. Stop by bro.

 

The ladies insurance just called, said they are having coverage issues right now because the person driving the car is not on her personal auto insurance. They are trying to get it worked out between her insurance company, and Enterprise rental's insurance. They did say that she has the state minimum property damage coverage which is $10k. SO you better believe I am going after them for the $10k. NADA High retail on my car is $9845, plus he tore up my grass, drug the rim across my driveway at 45+ mph, through dirt all of the place and all over my wifes car and finished off the job by totaling my fucking car. Bitches are gonna pay!!!!

 

i would try to get an estimate of all of the damage.....you might be able to sue the person for the difference. I will try to drive by when I come in to town.

 

I have 2 guys coming tomorrow to give me estimates on the landscaping, and another coming to give me an estimate on the driveway. Then an appraiser is coming to look at the car this week.
