thats funny, you dont see people do that hardly at all anymore. I use to have a set for my BBC and as long as you didnt rev it to high it worked great. revs equal mucho oil everywhere

yea i wish ford would have made a valve cover where the top comes off like chevy has.it was a pain in the ass to cut the top off.only did it that way because i hear its better plus i had some old valve covers laying around.

Good enough...just to keep an eye on levels. Dont get greedy....sneak up on the timimg and boost, make small adjustments to be sure the AF stays in check. Boost can be like spray, it will pop a head gasket in a split second, or worse, if the tune is off.
What fuel are you tuning on? Once you get close to the tune and sweet spot, that thing is going to spool fast, faster than you could catch it if the tune is off.

im running 93 gas.it spools fast as hell but it just dont seem as quick as i was thinking.im guessing it could be maybe the timing or maybe the fact so far its only been 1st &2nd gear hits or maybe the fact the suspention on this car works great.im hitting it from a roll in 1st going into 2nd and no spin.i need to get a tag on it so i can really take it out and see how its runs.

also my last car was a nitrous car and i know nitrous hits diffrent then a turbo will.so ill play around with the timing and go from there.alot of guys are around 20to28 total timing and from what i hear i could be loosing anywhere from 50to 100 hp with my timing so low
