Buy stock in U-joints and be sure you run a driveshaft saftey loop

i have the drive shaft loop.i dont think moving it over 1/2 inch is going to throw it off to far.the u-joints should be fine

Just something to think about. Mearsure the length of motor from balance to the trans mount, then balancer to rear pinion. put those meausements on a flat floor and pop a line with a chalk bow for overall lenth (balancer to pinion length). them come over a 1/2" at balancer mark, and then pop a line from new 1/2 over mark to the trams mount measurement. Step back and look at lines on the floor, you'll be surpised at how muck that 1/2 threw the driveline out. Realisticly if you moved the line at the motor mounts a half, the balace moved over 3/4"

everything worked out good.we were able to loosen the bolts on the motor mount and shift the motor back to the right a little bit.put clutch,bellhousing,tranny in today and you cant even tell the motor was ever shifted over.

ok so my aeromotive fuel rails wont work with my intake so i got a set of edelbrock fuel rails.here are some pics before i polished them.

ok so we got the headers all welded up and wrapped.we had to cut and weld them to make them fit the car.thank god mario knows how to weld and had the tools to do it all.what a pain in the ass it was to wrap them.
