Still waiting on my intake to come in.it's supposed to be here this week.

my new header came in though.

mounted it up.but had to my jimfab front torque mount and aluminum vx civic bracket to make it fit.I am going to have ROGUE machine it so it clears.

when i removed the mount i could see it was way over due for a new bushing.i am goint to have to order some from prothane since they are custom.they actually are shackle bushings for a old g.m. i think.

I also got the fuel feed bent and flared and the rest of the evap line takin care of.

It really sucks waiting for Stuff that's on back order!

Did you use a dremel to port match?

i actually used some carbide cutting bit's from cornwell.a dremel probably wouldn't go deep enough if you were trying to work deep in the ports.plus the speed and power of the dremel would take forever.

It's been a while since i updated.Figured it was time to get on with some little updates.

so i spent some time cleaning up some useless wiring and fixed the horrible alarm install, took care of the new security system, routed all my cabin side engine harness plugs and such, connected up the engine harness, relocated the fuse box and started dry icing the sound deadening,i even tucked the windshield wiper motor wiring so it's unseen and still functions with no extension of the wires.
When i asked Xavier to make my harness i asked for it extra long so none of the chassis side had to be extended, just re routed. That's how Xavier does all of his harnesses that are this style now.

that's a 14 gallon shop vac.lol,tons of that stuff.

I also took my header and intake manifold over to Alex Roque and had him do a few things.
Bored out my throttle body inlet, machined my header flange straight, and tapped out the intake runners, and machine a little off the bottom of the intake flange at the area near the water neck to clear the block with my huge mill on the head. The header needed .020 to make it straight.lol

excuse the laundry I needed to fold.lol

I installed the header after having to molest my dipstick and dipstick tube,Awesome job there Bisi with your runner placement.i made it legit but wow it took an hour i had to use tube benders and pry bars and do almost 10 test fit trial and errors.Bolt on header my ass!
My intake setup arrived and i just put it on with no clamps to finish mocking up a few other things and get the engine harness ran.i just put the intake manifold on temporarily as i have to land the clutch under it still and secure it and i haven't decided about deleting water ports on or under the intake manifold yet.

more to come tomorrow,I got more little stuff done but need to take some pics!
