get on d-series.org they all are making over 200whp with completely stock motors and drive them daily. theres a guy beerbong i think? anyways he's making 216 hp 181 torque with a stock z6 with a t3 at 10psi tuned with uberdata. lets not forget about the guy in orlando that made 302 whp on a stock motor and ran 11's.

How long do you think these motors will last?

Ladysman on H-T lasted a couple years and still running fine when he upgraded to forged internals at 250+whp on a stock block Z6. Norcalcrx on H-T had a stock block Y8 that made 250whp and 251wtq at 10 psi for two years until he cracked a ring. Both of these members boosted hard and drove these cars daily.

BoostedED9 who made the 302whp at 16.5psi blew up his Z6 because he turned the boost up over 20 psi still with the stock block.

You are thinking of the ZC.

Impressive. I never thought much of the d-series engines back in the Honda day when I was considering a 92-95 hatch or crx swap project, but those are good numbers. Of course, at the time, I didn't even really understand what a turbo was, so I was looking at naturally aspirated/nitrous performance. I would never consider running an NA four cylinder these days... turbo four cylinders are still only barely adequate in the power production department. I can't wait until I pick up a used 03 Cobra in a few years to turbo the sucker... Can you say 8's on the stock block? Because I'd rather build it up and go faster .
