boost yielding advice
okay i have JE pistons and crower rods, in my B16a2, im running 8.5:1 comp ratio what is the range of boost i could go to. some of my friends are running like 14-16 on 108 octane, and making good power. i just wanted to know if my crap would hold. right now i run 10psi on the street and it runs really nice

i think one, for a street car you need at LEAST 9:1 WIESCO... JE is not something that i would be trying to max out... two, you can push as much as the tuner and supporting mods will let you... i would say get her sleeved then run 14-16 on the street and be happy...

with JE's and no sleeves, i would go no more than 14-15psi. even IF youre running low compression. it'll laggy, too, with such low numbers. IMO, i would sleeve the block, keep the rods and go endyn pistns. slap on a hondata

at 10psi, it made 304@ the wheels running completely rich. i have a stock p2p ecu, a regular safc, rc 440's and yes the blue fmu, and a synapse map diffuser. it runs well but i would like to see what it can make on some 100+ on the dyno, just dont want to have to rebuild

I would sell the ...
* P2T ecu
* SAFC
* 440cc injectors
* FMU
* Synapse
And buy ...
* Hondata s100 with boost capability
* 3-bar map sensor
* Pigtail
* P28 ECU
* OBD-II to OBD-I conversion harness
* 580cc injectors
* Dyno time at SS
It's money but it's money well spent.
