Wow, awesome pics and sick cars

 

Well, sorta.

We arrived early and only a handful of people were there. We weren't out to impress anyone, we had a goal in mind. That and the airstrip was literally in BFE - the roads that take you to the strip are asking for high speed runs on their own. When you drive about 50 miles out into the middle of nowhere, keep driving another 25 miles and that's where we were.

I really enjoy aerial work and the photos that you can get via helicopter are astounding. It's nice to have a different POV than standing and shooting cars dead on.

The green Gallardo was SERIOUS. Not many (if anything) could touch that car that day. Speculated 1300hp will do that.

There was a yellow TT Murcielago and TT Diablo that were sick fast too.

I have seen many many many exotic cars through all of the events that I photograph to the point that Veyrons don't even catch my attention anymore but something about highly modified exotic cars makes me....happy.

To these people there is no such thing as overkill. Ever been in a stock Murcielago? I have. It's fast as HELL! Throw a TT kit on it, mind you, it looks 110% stock, and laugh at just about everything on the road. Insane.

Ummm No, that is the point. TT Gallardo's and S7's etc are in a different category...Kirk's car is Bad ass, but not "dump another $40,000 into a $150,000 car" bad ass...

 

I think you misunderstood my comment. "Crack at" as in run/race.

I never said anything about his car being as bad ass, or even being on the same level as a super car. Its still a Toyota.
